Apparently there is a book of eye exercises out there that claims to…get this…improve your vision without corrective lenses. I had never heard of such a thing. The book I linked to above actually gets really good reviews on Amazon and many people are saying it reduced their prescription significantly. It is also available on audio CD for those who do their reading in the car. I would love to get feedback from readers who have tried natural vision improvement with some of these techniques. It seems there may be some validity in it, though I always thought of bad vision as a physiological phenomenon caused by strangely shaped eyeballs. Shows you what I know!
